       This creamy banana smoothie is thick, naturally sweet, and packed with energy. Made with ripe bananas, milk, and honey, it’s a perfect breakfast smoothie, post-workout drink, or healthy snack for kids and adults.


     
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes

    Method:

  1. Add bananas, milk, and honey into blender.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again.
