    🥮 Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

    👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla essence.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder into dough.
  4. Divide dough into two portions.
  5. Mix cocoa powder into one portion.
  6. Roll both doughs with rolling pin.
  7. Place the chocolate dough on top of the vanilla dough and roll gently to create a marble effect.
  8. Now refrigerate for half an hour to set the roll.
  9. Cut into biscuit shapes.
  10. Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
  11. Cool completely on cooling rack before serving.
