Chocolate Cake



Ingredients:

Sponge:
Flour                                      1 cup
Sugar                                     1/2 cup
Baking Powder                       1 teaspoon
Milk                                       4 tbspoon
Egg                                        3
Butter (plain)                         1/2 cup
Coco Powder                          2 tbspoon
Chocolate Sauce:
Coco Powder                          3 tbspoon
Milk                                       1/2 cup
Sugar                                    1 cup
Oil                                         2 teaspoon
Coconut                                for garnishing 
Almonds                               for garnishing   
Cooking Directions:
  • ·        Beat the eggs.
  • ·        Grind the sugar.
  • ·        Put the butter and sugar in eggs and beat again.
  • ·        Then add coco powder and flour in it and fold slightly with spoon.
  • ·        Greece the pan and put the mixture in it.
  • ·        Bake for about 45-50 minutes

Chocolate Sauce:
  • ·        Put sugar, milk and coco powder  in a pan and cook it for 15 minutes.
  • ·        At last, add oil into it.
  • ·        Cool it in room temperature (do not put it into fridge).
Now,when the cake becomes cool ,cut it into two layers from center.
Pour some milk on both sides with spoon (3 to 4 spoons on each side).
Pour the sauce on 1 layer and put the other one on it.
Now put the rest of sauce on cake and at sides and garnish with chopped almonds and grinned coconut .
Put the cake in fridge and then serve.
