🍗Golden Crispy Chicken Potato Cutlets – Perfect Party & Tea Time Snack

    These crispy Chicken Potato Cutlets are juicy on the inside and perfectly golden on the outside. Made with seasoned boneless chicken, herbs, and spices, they are shallow fried to perfection. Ideal for tea-time snacks, parties, or lunchboxes, these cutlets are easy to prepare and loved by both kids and adults.


    Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless           1/2 kg
  • Potato                             1/2 kg
  • Salt                                as required
  • Chinese salt                   1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper                 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes             1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour                     1 tbsp
  • Green chili                    3-5
  • Coriander                      1/2 cup(Fine chopped)
  • Eggs                              2
  • Milk                              2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs                1 cup
  • Oil                                for fry

    Cooking Directions:

  1. In a pot, boil the chicken with 1/2 tsp of salt and shred it.
  2. In another pot, boil potatoes with 1/2 tsp of salt and mash finely.
  3. In a chopper, add green chili.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, boiled potatoes, chopped chili, salt ,Chinese salt, black pepper, chili flakes, coriander and mix with hands. 
  5. Make shape of your choice.
  6. Now crack eggs in a bowl with 2 tsp of milk and a pinch of salt.
  7.  Roll these cutlets in egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
  8. In a pan, heat oil and shallow fry cutlets on low flame in pre heated oil until golden brown. 
  9. Crispy chicken potato cutlets are ready to serve.
