Chocolate Biscuit
Ingredients:
- Butter 180 grams
- Egg 1
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Plain flour 1 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 3/4 cup
- Coco powder 1/2 cups
- Cooking directions:
- Mix butter and brown sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla essence , beat thoroughly.
- Add coco powder and flour.
- Take tablespoons of mixture, roll into a ball between palms of hands and press with a fork on to a greased baking tray.
- Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.
