Vegetable Omlette

Ingredients:
Eggs      2
Onion(finely chopped)        2 tbsp
Potatoes(crushed)        2 tbsp
Tomato(chopped)       1 tbsp
Green chili           1
Cabbage(chopped)       2 tbsp
Salt       to taste
Red chili       to taste
Oil       as required

Cooking Directions:

  • Fry the onion for about 2 minutes on medium flame .
  • Then add cabbage , tomato , potato , salt ,chili in it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • At last add the beaten eggs in it and fry it on low flame.
  • Omlette is ready , serve with slices.
