       ✨   Easy Milk Powder Ras Malai Recipe

                Soft homemade ras malai made with milk powder soaked in creamy saffron milk. This quick dessert tastes rich, festive, and melts in your mouth.


    🥄 Ingredients

        For Ras Malai Balls

  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee

        For Milk

  • 1 & 1/2 liter milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cardamoms
  • Few saffron strands
  • Chopped pistachios & almonds for garnish

    👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add milk powder, egg, baking powder, flour and ghee to form a soft dough.
  2. Make small smooth balls (make sure no cracks in the balls).
  3. In a pot, boil milk with sugar, saffron, and cardamom until half.
  4. Now add balls carefully into milk.
  5. Cook on low flame for 10–12 minutes(stir once or twice & don't use spoon).
  6. Dish it out and garnish with nuts before serving and serve chilled.
