Spring Chicken

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken       1/2 kg
Egg      1
Flour    2 teasp
Milk    1 teasp
Bread crumbs         3/4 cup
Tomato sauce        1/2 cup
Vinegar        2 tbsp
Salt       to taste
Chinese salt        1 teasp
Black pepper      1/2 teasp
Crushed red pepper     1 teasp
Sugar      1/2teasp

Cooking Directions:

  • Beat the egg and add flour , milk , salt , Chinese salt , black pepper in it and make a  paste.
  • Biol the chicken with half tea spoon of salt.
  • Now roll the chicken pieces first in egg better and then in bread crumbs and then fry the pieces.
  • Now put sugar , vinegar , crushed red pepper in tomato sauce  and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve  chicken pieces with spicy tomato sauce.
