🧂 Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup butter (soft)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¾ cup chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- 1/2 cup of chocolate cubes
👩🍳 Method:
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Now grease a baking tray.
- Make dough balls and place chocolate cubes or chocolate chips in center of each ball.
- Cover the chocolate and flatten the balls to make round biscuit shape.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes in pre heated oven.
- Keep on cooling rack.
- Store in an air tight jar.
