    🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup butter (soft)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips (dark or milk)
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate cubes

    👩‍🍳 Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla essence and mix well.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Now grease a baking tray.
  7. Make dough balls and place chocolate cubes or chocolate chips in center of each ball.
  8. Cover the chocolate and flatten the balls to make round biscuit shape.
  9. Bake at 180°C for 15-18  minutes in pre heated oven.
  10. Keep on cooling rack.
  11. Store in an air tight jar.
