Vegetable and Chicken Rolls
Ingredients:
Cabbage 4 cups(chopped)
Carrot 1 kg(cushed)
Peas 1 cup
Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cups
Salt to taste
Black pepper 3 teasp
Chinese salt 3 teasp
Red chili(crushed) 2 teasp
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Roll sheets 1 packet
Egg 1
Method:
Cabbage 4 cups(chopped)
Carrot 1 kg(cushed)
Peas 1 cup
Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cups
Salt to taste

Chinese salt 3 teasp
Red chili(crushed) 2 teasp
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Roll sheets 1 packet
Egg 1
Method:
- Boil the peas and carrot(for 2 minutes).
- Fry the cabbage in oil.
- After 2 minutes , put carrot and peas in cabbage and fry.
- Now add salt , Chinese salt , red chili , black pepper , vinegar in it and fry for 5 minutes on high flame.
- At last, add the chicken.
- When the vegetables will be dry , cool it at room temperature.
- Now take a roll sheet and add the vegetable mixture in center.
- Bind the sheet with egg.
- Now fry at high flame and serve with ketchup.
