Vegetable and Chicken Rolls

Ingredients:

Cabbage    4 cups(chopped)
Carrot        1 kg(cushed)
Peas           1 cup
Boiled and shredded chicken        2 cups
Salt            to taste
Black pepper   3 teasp
Chinese salt     3 teasp
Red chili(crushed)       2 teasp
Vinegar     1/4 cup
Vegetable oil      1/4 cup
Roll sheets       1 packet
Egg     1

Method:

  • Boil the peas and carrot(for 2 minutes).
  • Fry the cabbage in oil.
  • After 2 minutes , put carrot and peas in cabbage and fry.
  • Now add salt , Chinese salt , red chili , black pepper , vinegar in it and fry for 5 minutes on high flame.
  • At last, add the chicken.
  • When the vegetables will be dry , cool it at room temperature.
  • Now take a roll sheet and add the vegetable mixture in center.
  • Bind the sheet with egg.
  • Now fry at high flame and serve with ketchup.
