White Sauce

Ingredients:

Butter     2 tbsp
Flour      3 tbsp
Salt         to taste
White pepper      1/2 teasp
Chinese salt     1 teasp
Milk         1 1/2 cups
Chicken stock   2 1/2 cups
Cheese     1/4 cup
Cream     1/2 cup(Optional)
Cooking Directions:

  • Add flour and butter in pan and cook on low flame.
  • When flour will be golden , cool it on room temperature.
  • Now add all other ingredients and use a hand beater.
  • When the sauce will be thick , Put off the flame.
  • The sauce is ready, serve as desire.
  • If you want to use cream , add it at the last.
