Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Cabbage(chopped)     1 cup
Carrot(chopped and boiled)        1 cup
Capsicum(chopped)      1/2 cup
Oil         1/2 cup
Rice       2 cups
Chinese salt     1 1/2 teasp
Soy sauce        2 teasp
Salt                  to taste
Black pepper         2 teasp
Red pepper(crushed)       1 teasp
Egg       4

Cooking Directions:

  • Boil the rice and add 1 1/2 tea spoons of salt in it while boiling.
  • Boil carrot.
  • Now fry cabbage in 4 table spoons of oil for 3 minutes.
  • Add carrots and capsicum and fry for 3 minutes .
  • Add salt , black pepper , Chinese salt , soy sauce and red pepper in it.
  • Make an omlette of eggs and add a pinch of yellow food color in it.
  • Now add the vegetables and eggs in rice  and keep on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Delicious rice are ready to serve.
