Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Cabbage(chopped) 1 cup
Carrot(chopped and boiled) 1 cup
Capsicum(chopped) 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Rice 2 cups
Chinese salt 1 1/2 teasp
Soy sauce 2 teasp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 2 teasp
Red pepper(crushed) 1 teasp
Egg 4
Cooking Directions:
Cabbage(chopped) 1 cup
Carrot(chopped and boiled) 1 cup
Capsicum(chopped) 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Rice 2 cups
Chinese salt 1 1/2 teasp
Soy sauce 2 teasp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 2 teasp
Red pepper(crushed) 1 teasp
Egg 4
Cooking Directions:
- Boil the rice and add 1 1/2 tea spoons of salt in it while boiling.
- Boil carrot.
- Now fry cabbage in 4 table spoons of oil for 3 minutes.
- Add carrots and capsicum and fry for 3 minutes .
- Add salt , black pepper , Chinese salt , soy sauce and red pepper in it.
- Make an omlette of eggs and add a pinch of yellow food color in it.
- Now add the vegetables and eggs in rice and keep on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Delicious rice are ready to serve.
