Tea Cake

Ingredients:

Flour                1 cup
Sugar                3/4 cup
Oil                    3/4 cup
Milk                  3 tbsp
Egg                    2
Baking soda      1/2 teasp
Almonds           1/2 cup(crushed)
Coconut           1/2 cup(crushed)

Cooking Detail:

  • Beat the eggs.
  • Grind the sugar.
  • Put the flour and  sugar in eggs slowly and beat.
  • Put half of the almonds , coconut , baking soda , milk and oil in eggs and do not beat now, just fold with spoon.
  • Greece the cake pan and put the mixture in it .
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Now serve it with tea.
