Tea Cake
Ingredients:
Flour 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Oil 3/4 cup
Milk 3 tbsp
Egg 2
Baking soda 1/2 teasp
Almonds 1/2 cup(crushed)
Coconut 1/2 cup(crushed)
Cooking Detail:
Flour 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Oil 3/4 cup
Milk 3 tbsp
Egg 2
Baking soda 1/2 teasp
Almonds 1/2 cup(crushed)
Coconut 1/2 cup(crushed)
Cooking Detail:
- Beat the eggs.
- Grind the sugar.
- Put the flour and sugar in eggs slowly and beat.
- Put half of the almonds , coconut , baking soda , milk and oil in eggs and do not beat now, just fold with spoon.
- Greece the cake pan and put the mixture in it .
- Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Now serve it with tea.
