🌿 Green Chicken Keema Recipe – Fresh Herbs & Flavorful Minced Chicken
This Green Chicken Minced recipe is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with minced chicken, fresh coriander, mint, and green chilies. Lightly spiced yet rich in taste, it’s a healthy, protein-packed meal perfect with roti, naan, or rice.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken 1 kg
- Onion 2(finely chopped)
- Garlic-Ginger paste 1tbsp
- Tomato 1
- Water 1/2 cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Green chili 5
- Coriander 1/2 cup(finely chopped)
- Ginger 1 inch piece(finely sliced for serving)
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Allspices powder 1 tsp
Cooking Directions:
- In a pot, add oil and fry onion in it.
- Now add ginger-garlic paste and minced chicken, tomato(chopped), salt and cook it.
- Add some water and cook it until chicken is done & water is dried.
- Add all other spices and half of green chili and stir well.
- Now dish out in a serving bowl and sprinkle coriander leaves, sliced ginger and green chili slices on top .
- Serve with roti and green sauce.
