 🌿 Green Chicken Keema Recipe – Fresh Herbs & Flavorful Minced Chicken 

      This Green Chicken Minced recipe is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with minced chicken, fresh coriander, mint, and green chilies. Lightly spiced yet rich in taste, it’s a healthy, protein-packed meal perfect with roti, naan, or rice.

    Ingredients:

  • Minced chicken        1 kg
  • Onion                        2(finely chopped)
  • Garlic-Ginger paste  1tbsp
  • Tomato                     1
  • Water                       1/2 cup
  • Salt                           as required
  • Red chili flakes         1 tsp
  • Green chili               5
  • Coriander            1/2 cup(finely chopped)
  • Ginger                 1 inch piece(finely sliced for serving)
  • Oil                       1/2 cup
  • Allspices powder    1 tsp

    Cooking Directions:

  1. In a pot, add oil and fry onion in it.
  2. Now add ginger-garlic paste and minced chicken, tomato(chopped), salt and cook it.
  3. Add some water and cook it until chicken is done & water is dried.
  4. Add all other spices and half of green chili and stir well.
  5. Now dish out in a serving bowl and sprinkle coriander leaves, sliced ginger and green chili slices on top .
  6. Serve with roti and green sauce.
