Crispy Split Chickpeas & Chicken Cutlets | Healthy Protein-Rich Snack


    Chana Dal Cutlets Recipe 🥙 – Crispy, Healthy & High Protein Snack

        These Split Chickpeas Cutlets are crispy, nutritious, and full of flavor. Made from soaked chana dal, chicken, spices, and herbs, they are shallow-fried to a golden crunch. A healthy vegetarian snack option perfect for tea time, lunch boxes, or evening cravings.


    Ingredients:

  • Split chickpeas           1/2 kg
  • Chicken Breast           1/2 kg
  • Onion                             1
  • Green chili                    3-5
  • Salt                            to taste
  • Turmeric Powder       1/2 tsp
  • Red chili Powder       1/2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes         1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds              1 tsp
  • Allspices powder       1 tsp
  • Egg                           3
  • Water                        as Required
  • Coriander leaves       1/2 cup(finely chopped)

    Cooking Method:

  1. Cut chicken breast into pieces.
  2. Soak chickpeas for 3-4 hours in warm water.
  3. In a pot, add chicken pieces, onion, ginger-garlic paste, water, soaked chickpeas, salt, red pepper, turmeric powder, green chili(chopped), red chili flakes and cover on medium flame until done.
  4. Now add the cooked mixture in chopper and chop well.
  5. Now take out mixture in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add 3 eggs, allspice powder, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and mix well with hands.
  7. Now make cutlets.
  8. In a frying pot, add oil .
  9. Now fry in pre-heated oil until brown and crisp on medium flame.
  10. Tasty and spicy cutlets are ready to serve.
  11. You can also freeze these cutlets for future use.
