Green Omlette

Ingredients:

Egg          2
Salt           to taste
Red chili         to taste
Green chili         2
Coriander        1/2 cup
Mint leaves     1/4 cup
Spinach        1/4 cup
Onion(Chopped)    2 tbsp
Oil      for fry

Cooking Method:
  • Fine chopped the coriander , spinach and mint leaves and wash well.
  • Fry the onion in oil for 2 minutes.
  • Boil the spinach for 2 minutes only.
  • Now add  coriander , spinach and mint leaves in it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add spices and eggs in it and cook thoroughly.
  • Delicious and unique omlette is ready , serve with bread.
