These dry fruit cup cakes are loaded with almonds, pistachios, dates, and honey for a delicious energy-packed dessert. They’re healthy, elegant, and perfect for Ramadan, gifting, kids’ snacks, or festive dessert tables.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
- ½ cup powdered sugar (or brown sugar for richer taste)
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ tsp salt
🥜 Dry Fruits Mix:
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup chopped cashews
- 2 tbsp pistachios
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp walnuts (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped dates (optional for sweetness)
🍰 Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line cupcake tray with paper cups.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, milk and vanilla essence and beat well.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add dry ingredients into egg mixture and mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped dry fruits gently.
- Pour batter into cupcake molds (¾ full).
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Garnish with honey and dry fruits.
- Let cool completely before serving.
