        These dry fruit cup cakes are loaded with almonds, pistachios, dates, and honey for a delicious energy-packed dessert. They’re healthy, elegant, and perfect for Ramadan, gifting, kids’ snacks, or festive dessert tables.


    🌟 Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (or brown sugar for richer taste)
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp salt

    🥜 Dry Fruits Mix:

  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup chopped cashews
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped dates (optional for sweetness)
