- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup flour or cornflour (for coating)
- Oil for frying
- Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours (overnight best).
