        These fried chicken leg pieces are marinated in rich spices, oven-baked for tenderness, and then lightly fried for a crispy golden crust.     🧾 Ingredients

    • 4 chicken drumsticks
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • ½ cup flour or cornflour (for coating)
    • Oil for frying

    1. Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste.
