Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

Bread                      3 slices
Fruit Jam                         as required
Eggs                        3
Milk                        3 cups
Sugar                      1/2 cup
Almonds(grinded)     as required
Coconut(grinded)     as required

Cooking Directions:


  • Beat egg-yolk and egg-white separately.
  • Then mix both and again beat it.
  • Now put sugar and milk in it and cook it on low flame while it becomes thick.
  • Apply the jam on bread slices and cut into 4 pieces.
  • Now in serving dish , put the bread pieces in bottom.
  • Put almonds and coconut on slices and then pour the liquid on it.
  • Dish is ready.
