Fish Rolls

Ingredients:

Fish(boneless)      1/2 kg
Potato    3
Egg   2
Salt    to taste
Butter or cooking oil         as required
Black pepper   1 teasp
Bread crumbs     1/2 cup
Lemon juice   1 tbsp

Method:

  • Cook the fish in steam with some salt.
  • Now chop the onion and add shredded fish , lemon juice ,  black pepper and a little salt in it.
  • Boil  and mash the potatoes and add salt in potatoes.
  • Beat the egg.
  • Put some potato mixture on hand and add 2 table spoons of fish mixture on it and give it  roll shape.
  • Now roll each piece in egg and then bread crumbs and then fry at low flame.
  • Fish rolls are ready and serve with ketchup.
