Fish Rolls
Ingredients:
Fish(boneless) 1/2 kg
Potato 3
Egg 2
Salt to taste
Butter or cooking oil as required
Black pepper 1 teasp
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
Fish(boneless) 1/2 kg

Method:
- Cook the fish in steam with some salt.
- Now chop the onion and add shredded fish , lemon juice , black pepper and a little salt in it.
- Boil and mash the potatoes and add salt in potatoes.
- Beat the egg.
- Put some potato mixture on hand and add 2 table spoons of fish mixture on it and give it roll shape.
- Now roll each piece in egg and then bread crumbs and then fry at low flame.
- Fish rolls are ready and serve with ketchup.
