📝 Spicy Crispy Noodle Kebabs (Fusion Street-Style Snack)
Noodle kebabs are a creative fusion snack made with cooked noodles, spices, vegetables, and binding ingredients, shaped into patties and fried until crispy. Crunchy outside and soft inside, these kebabs are full of bold flavors and make a perfect tea-time or party appetizer.
🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled noodles
- 2 large boiled potato (mashed)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 green chili (optional)
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup boiled peas
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 Eggs
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp cornflour or breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
👩🍳 Method
- In a mixing bowl, add mashed potato, onion, half chopped carrots, half corns, half green onion , boiled peas, grated cheese and spices.
- Add cornflour/breadcrumbs to bind.
- Shape into round or oval kebabs
- Now in a separate bowl, add boiled noodles, carrots, corns, green onion and mix well.
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Roll kebabs in egg and coat with noodles.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
- Deep fry until golden and crispy.

Chutney, ketchup, mayo dip
