    🧀Cheesy Stuffed Potato Balls – Crispy Outside, Gooey Inside Snack

        These Potato Cheese Balls are crispy golden bites with a soft mashed potato coating and a     delicious molten cheese center. Perfect as party snacks, appetizers, or kids’ treats, they are quick to     make and irresistibly tasty with ketchup or dips.


    Ingredients:

  • Potato           1/2 kg
  • Cheese(shredded)         1 cup
  • Salt       as required
  • Black pepper         1 tsp
  • Chinese salt           1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili      1/2 tbsp
  • Bread Crumbs        1 cup
  • Egg                        1
  • Oil                         For Fry

    Cooking Directions:

  1. In a pot, boil the potatoes with 1 tsp of salt.
  2. When it is done, mash them.
  3. Now add salt , red chili, Chinese salt and black paper in it according to taste.
  4. Now put some potato mixture on hand and then put cheese in center and make ball.
  5. Now crack egg in a bowl and add 2 tbsp of milk in it.
  6. Now roll the balls in egg and bread crumbs.
  7. In a pot, add oil and deep fry the balls in pre heated oil on medium flame until golden.
  8. Crispy cheesy potato balls are ready to serve.
