🥗Easy Vegetable Raita Recipe | Cooling Yogurt Side Dish for Spicy Meals & Summer Days
Make this refreshing Vegetable Raita using yogurt and fresh crunchy vegetables. This simple and healthy side dish is perfect to balance spicy meals and keep your body cool during summer. Quick, light, and full of flavor—ideal for everyday meals.
Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Tomato 1 finely chopped
- Cucumber 1 finely chopped
- Cabbage 1/4 cup chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Chat Masala 1/2 tsp
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, salt, black pepper, chat masala & mix it.
- Now add all chopped vegetables and mix well.
- Let it cool in fridge.
- Sprinkle some chat masala on it.
- Refreshing raita is ready to serve.
