Quick Chicken Chow Mein Recipe | Street Style Chinese Noodles at Home

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti 1 packet
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chicken breast 1 kg
- Spring onion 1/2 cup
- Capsicum 1 sliced
- Carrots 1 sliced
- Cabbage(shredded) 1/2 cup
- Green chili 4 sliced
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1/4 cup
- Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions:
- Cut the chicken in cubes.
- In a pot, boil chow mein with 1 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of oil and strain it.
- In another pot, add oil and fry ginger garlic paste.
- Now add chicken cubes in it and fry until half done.
- Now add carrots in it and stir for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Add capsicum, shredded cabbage, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and stir well.
- Now add boiled spaghetti in this pot and mix well with tongs.
- Sprinkle spring onion and green chili on top
- Serve in a dish with ketchup and enjoy your meal.
