Easy Chicken Chow Mein | Street Style Chinese Noodles with Vegetables

    Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti                    1 packet
  • Oil                              1/2 cup
  • Chicken breast           1 kg 
  • Spring onion              1/2 cup
  • Capsicum                   1 sliced
  • Carrots                       1 sliced
  • Cabbage(shredded)    1/2 cup
  • Green chili                 4 sliced
  • Black pepper              1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce                 1/4 cup
  • Tomato sauce             1/4 cup
  • Vinegar                      3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce                2 tbsp
  • Salt                            to taste
  • Red Chili Flakes        1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste    2 tbsp

    Cooking Directions:

  1. Cut the chicken in cubes.
  2. In a pot, boil chow mein with  1 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of oil and strain it.
  3. In another pot, add oil and fry ginger garlic paste.
  4. Now add chicken cubes in it and fry until half done.
  5. Now add carrots in it and stir for 2 minutes on low heat.
  6. Add capsicum, shredded cabbage, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and stir well.
  7. Now add boiled spaghetti in this pot and mix well with tongs.
  8. Sprinkle spring onion and green chili on top
  9. Serve in a dish with ketchup and enjoy your meal.
