    🍗🍚Spicy Chicken Biryani Recipe – Authentic Pakistani Meal

        Enjoy the rich aroma and traditional taste of Chicken Biryani made with tender chicken, fragrant basmati rice, fresh herbs, and flavorful spices. This easy Pakistani-style biryani recipe is perfect for family dinners, Eid gatherings, lunch boxes, and special occasions.



    Ingredients:

  • Chicken                2 kg
  • Oil                        1 cup
  • Onion                 3 medium
  • Tomato                 4
  • Green chili           6
  • Ginger-Garlic paste           2 tsp
  • Salt                as required
  • Red chili powder        1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes       1 tsp
  • Allspices powder     1 tbsp
  • Rice          3 cups
  • Yogurt      1/2 cup
  • National Biryani Masala    1 packet
  • Dried Plum           10-12
  • Lemon juice        3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds          1 tsp
  • Cinnamon         2 sticks      
  • Green cardamom        4
  • Black cardamom          2
  • Cloves          6
  • Ground black pepper        8
  • Curry patta leaves          2-3
  • Yellow food color         as required
  • Fried onion             for garnish
  • Handful of Mint Leaves                 

    Cooking Directions:

  1. Soak rice in water.
  2. Roughly chop onion.
  3. In a large pot, add oil and onion and fry until golden brown.
  4. Now add chicken pieces, and fry on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  5. In a blender jug, add tomato, green chili and a little water and blend well.
  6. Now add ginger-garlic paste n chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add salt, red chili powder and mix well.
  8. Now cook until water is half dried.
  9. In a bowl, mix biryani masala in yogurt and add in the chicken and cook until water is dried.
  10. Meanwhile add dried plums, allspice powder and half of lemon juice in it.
  11. Stir gradually until water is dried and switch off flame.
  12. On the other hand, in a pot add water , salt, cinnamon, black cardamon, green cardamon, curry patta leaves, cloves, black pepper, rest of lemon juice and mint leaves and boil rice in this.
  13. When rice will be 85% done, rinse well.
  14. Now in a pot add a layer of rice on bottom, then add half of the chicken on rice. 
  15. Add some coriander, orange food color, lemon slices, cumin and repeat the process for 2 times.
  16. Now wait for 10 minutes until rice is done.
  17. In a serving dish, dish out the rice, garnish with coriander , lemon slices and mint leaves and serve.
