🍗Delicious Pickle Chicken Recipe 

    This Pickle Chicken recipe is incredibly tender and full of rich flavors. The chicken absorbs a subtle tangy-salty essence that makes it extra delicious without using heavy spices or traditional achaar. Subtle hints of fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, and nigella seeds add a warm, fragrance that enhances the chicken without overpowering it. Unlike heavy achaar-style curries, this dish focuses on balanced spices that keeps the chicken soft, succulent, and perfect for quick meals, lunch boxes, or family dinners.


    Ingredients:

  • Chicken                       1 & 1/2 kg
  • Oil                               1 cup
  • Yogurt                         1/2 cup
  • Onion                          5 medium
  • Tomatoes                    3
  • Green chili                  8
  • Ginger                         2 inches piece
  • Fenugreek                   2 tbsp
  • Nigella seeds               1 tbsp
  • Fennel                          2 tbsp
  • Salt                               to taste
  • Red chili Powder         1 tsp
  • Turmeric                      1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes            1 tsp

     Cooking Directions:

  1. In a non-stick pot, fry chicken on medium heat until golden.
  2. Now slice the onion and fry it in the rest of the oil until golden.
  3. Then add fried chicken and spices like salt , turmeric, chopped green chili , red chili powder and red chili flakes and fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes and yogurt in it cover it on medium heat .
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Now fry fennel seeds, fenugreek and nigella seeds in a separate pan one by one on low heat for 1 minute.
  7. Add these fried seeds in chicken pot and simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
  8. Delicious pickle chicken is ready.
  9. Serve with sliced ginger and green chili and rotti.
