Egg Noodles Rice

Ingredients:

Rice             2 cups
Noodles        1 cup(Boiled)
Chicken(boneless)         1 cup
Egg           2
Carrot           1 cup
Chinese salt            2 teasp
Salt           as required
Soy sauce            2 teasp
Black pepper         1 tbsp    
Peas         1 cup
Corn oil      5 tbsp

Cooking Directions:

  • Boil the rice.
  • Boil carrot and peas.
  • Now add corn oil in pan and fry carrot and peas.
  • Now add Chinese salt , salt, black pepper , soy sauce and  boiled noodles.
  • Fry for 3 minutes.
  • Put the vegetables in boiled rice and sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of oil.
  • Fry the eggs and also add it in rice.
  • Keep on low flame for 5 minutes and after that serve the rice.
