Bake perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies at home with this soft, chewy, and bakery-style recipe. - 1 cup flour
- ½ cup butter (soft)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of chocolate cubes
👩🍳 Method:
- In a bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla essence.
- Mix flour and baking soda, combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Now grease a baking tray.
- Make dough balls and place chocolate cubes or chocolate chips in center of each ball.
- Cover the chocolate and flatten the balls to make round biscuit shape.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes in pre heated oven.
- Keep on cooling rack.
- Store in an air tight jar.
