🍅 ♨️ Cheesy Beef & Pasta Lasagna – Comfort Food at Its Best
This homemade Lasagna is a rich, cheesy, and comforting layered pasta dish made with meat sauce, creamy béchamel, and melted cheese. Perfect for family dinners or special occasions, this baked pasta recipe delivers restaurant-style flavor right from your kitchen.
Ingredients:
- Minced beef/mutton 1 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Lasagna Sheets 1 packet
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 2 cups
- Tomato puree 1 tin
- Onion 2 chopped
- Tomato 3 chopped
- Green chili 3 chopped
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Cooking Method:
- In a large pot, boil the lasagna sheets with 1 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of oil in it.
- Rinse when boil and keep aside.
- Now in a pot , add oil and fry onion and ginger garlic paste in it.
- After 2 minutes, add minced meat, chopped tomato, green chili and add some water to cook meat properly and let it done on low to medium flame.
- When the meat will be cooked and water will be dry, add soya sauce , vinegar, black pepper and half of tomato puree in it and cook until dry.
- Boil the eggs and cut slices.
- Grease a rectangle baking dish.
- Now assemble the layers in order: minced Lasagna sheets ➜ meat ➜ tomato puree ➜ cheese.
- Repeat the process one again to make more layers and cheesy.
- At last sprinkle some herbs on it.
- Now bake in pre heated oven for about half an hour until cheese is melt.
- Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
