Potato and chicken cutluts

Ingredients:
Potato                               ½ kg
Boneless chicken               ½ kg
Green chili                         6 
Black pepper                     1 teaspoon
Chinese salt                       1 teaspoon
Salt                                   to taste
Cabbage                            ½ cup (chopped)
Egg                                   1
Bread crumbs                    as required
Oil                                    as required

Cooking directions:
·        Boil and mash potatoes.
·        Boil the chicken.
·        Grinned or fine chop the green chili.
·        Now mix all the ingredients and make cutlets.
·        Roll the cutlets in egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
·        Shallow fry the cutlets  until they turned into golden brown.

·        Serve them with ketchup.
